The opening of this script
"hooks" the prospect within the first 5 seconds so they'll
stay on the phone and listen to what you have to say.
These objections typically occur at the beginning of a
call. We've incorporated only the responses that work the

positioning in both the LEAD IN and PRESENTATION so that
the customer wants to hear more about your real estate services,
your CMA offer,
and is subtly being led to a "YES."
This is the final "hook" that brings the customer to a
